Catalyst 2.0 is a computer application written by Black Oak Technology Solutions. This application allows end users to easily build Internet, Intranet and Extranet web sites where non-technical users can contribute content and keep the web site fresh and active. There are content management features in the software, along with special applications to allow for searching of content, online forums, online information request forms, mailing lists, job opportunities, and more.
